A lot of people ordered from this restaurant today through foodsby and did not get their orders. Here is the response from foodsby: Hello Foodsby customers, I would first like to say how incredibly sorry I am for the great inconvenience that your order through Be Graceful Catering has caused. We do not take this lightly at all. We have since removed them from your locations from here on out. The restaurants in our network are responsible for making the orders properly and delivering them themselves on time. We have outlined clear and easy expectations for them on what needs to happen; unfortunately, today your meals did not meet these standards. Be Graceful has been removed because we know that your time is valuable and we do not want to subject you to this kind of horrible service. You have since been fully refunded for your order today and a coupon code for $8 off your next order through any other of our participating restaurants.
