Worst taxi company, very rude. Our family move to Minnesota and we needed to go from one hotel to another and have 6 regular size containers, 4 carry-on bags and some other bags, well we call the company and ask for a minivan, actually we called for 2 minivans and only 1 showed up and the guy, saw our items and immediately say no, he told my husband, "you need uhual, do you know whats uhual is?". My husband called the company to complain and who ever answer, I'm guessing was the dispatcher, insulted my husband, he accused him of having furniture, he even cursed him over the phone. You want a taxi, call UBER, better service and a lot cheaper. Gold Star Taxi are rude, and have zero customer service. ...read more

Yes the woman that answers the phone at the 952-922-6867 number is very rude I called in this morning 10/11/15. The lady that answer the phone was very very rude she barely let me speak and she just hung up the phone on me I tried to call back to ask for a supervisor's number and she kept hanging up on me so now I'm going to have to take other steps to get the supervisors number which I will but I will not take this service any longer and I would definitely not recommend this to anyone terrible service they came once to pick me up for my appointment 6 minutes before I'm supposed to be at my appointment.
