Had several implants performed without incident. The problem came down to the final bill. After paying several thousand dollars in cash there was one remaining appointment left open. After several queries to the office if they had sent this to the two insurances we had, no straight answer was given. I had to call both insurances to try to understand the final billing status. During this time (and with ongoing conversations taking place with the OM and staff), they made a decision to place in collection and charge an additional 30% placement fee that was not authorized, warned about or agreed upon.
