How do I get an answer to my complaint? I used Classic Events in West Des Moines, IA and had terrible service. I complained to them and they gave me no answers -- said they would send it to the home office, which I assume is you. I have had no reply from anyone. My next step will be to small claims court and I really did not want to go that route. Please send me a reply. This event was June 14, 2014 at the Penoach Winery in Adel, Iowa and we were promised the tent would be set by noon on the 13th. They did not even arrive to set the tent until 1:00 p.m. and half way finished at 6:30 p.m. when we were at rehearsal. They had to return the next morning to rectify things that were wrong. It set us way back in our decorating and I had to cancel my appointments for my hair, etc and arrive at the church all sweaty and then get ready from there. I have lots of complaints but I need to know who to talk to and actually get somewhere besides the manager at the WDM site. My email is beckyjarvis53@yahoo.com and my number is 515-490-1022. Just called and was treated so rudely that I hung up the phone. Tried to tell me that upon retirement I can turn in any size clothing and that is NOT the case in 2014! With computers and NSN's you turn in the same size you were issued or pay for it. She did not have the trousers but maybe the parka. Maybe her landlord, unless she owns the building, should kick her out!!! I came in looking for new combat boots for my CAP BDUs and then she asked me how much I was willing to pay. I said within 100 Dollars and then she replied "These boots arn't made in China or Southeast Asia" Just because I was Asian American! And all the 5 Star Review user page redirects to the store page! They are False-Rating! ...read more
