I remolded my basement last November and hired Mill City Heating & Cooling to replace the old boiler and radiator heating system and convert to a central forced air heating and air conditioning system. Dean the installer met with me for the estimate and went over the furnace, a/c and duct work layout. He answered my questions clearly and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge. I received another three quotes and hired Mill City not just because they were among the best priced but I felt more confident they would do the best job. Dean and his crew had the job done in three days, on budget and everything went as he and I discussed at the estimate. They were on time, polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
