Norfolk Apts just facts if your considering renting these apartments. NOISY. Layout is the bedrooms is adjacent to the living room. So if there's a neighbor who has children who are allowed to treat their living space as if its a playground at 10:30pm, you'll feel like you're right there in the room with them as the floors are wood allowing amplification of any movement and the walls are thin (thin as in if someone is cooking anything, you can smell it within your apartment). The street itself is very busy and loud (rental car truck carriers, traffic from Hwy 5, bus route, the residents of the apartment complex across the street), so if you're looking for quiet, you may want to keep these facts in mind. The apartment is adequate nothing fancy. Which is okay for the reasonable price.\t\n \t\n ...read more

Are you wondering if this is a good time to buy a home?

I believe it is! The housing market right now is perfect for those buyers that have been wanting to get into their own home for awhile but not able to because of high prices in the past. This market is also for those that want to upgrade to a nicer or bigger home. The price of houses right now are very low compared to what they were a few years ago. A home that was worth $255,000 in 2005 is now appraised at $195,000 in some areas. Thats a $60,000 difference! Not only are prices low but the interest rates are at around 5% for a home mortgage. Thats low! They haven't been this low in years. Do you think they will stay this low for much longer? I don't.Do you want another reason? This is huge! The Homebuyers Tax Incentive of either $6500 or $8000! If you are a first time homebuyer or haven't owned your own home in the last 3 years and your income is below $125,000 for a single person and $225,000 for a married couple you qualify for up to $8000! If you have lived in your home the last 5 years out of 8 and are looking to buy a new home for your primary residence you also qualify for $6500! Now these houses must be $800,000 or less but I think that won't be a problem for the average homebuyer. :)  THIS EXPIRES APRIL 30th! So don't miss this opportunity!Having the house of your dreams is possible right now. You not only will have the pride of home ownership but you will be investing in your future. DREAM BIG! It's all up to you to make them happen!Carol Turan-Realtor  763-219-3254           Each Office Independently Owned and Operated ...read more
