HE HAS BEEN TO OUR CABIN NUMEROUS TIMES (100 MILES NORTH OF HILMERSON SPORTS CENTER) ON A SUNDAY TO FIX A UNIT THAT HAD AN ISSUE WHILE FAMILY WAS UP. Very rude. Both the service manager and the owners son Brad. They put the wrong part on my jet ski and 2 months and 1200 dollars later, still wouldn't fess up to it. I took it over to Westres and in 24 hours they told me the flywheel that Hilmersons put on was for a 99 XP not a 98. It had 4 magnetic reads instead of 2....hence half the RPMs. Hilmersons went on to throw a computer and a stator, then still said it wasn't working...this was after the starter, flywheel and starter bendix. Techs are definitely not qualified. Owners son Brad is an idiot and shows no accountability. Worst customer service I've had in my life. Terrible place. Would recommend Westres in St. Cloud however - those guys know what they're doing. ...read more
