I agree with Jayne. I went in to see the shop and asked someone who was coming out of the shop about the service. This person said Gino is great. She uses them all of the time. I brought my PC in and Gino fixed it right away and put in a DVD driver in besides. He was answer my questions and was very nice to deal with. It is nice to know there is a better and dependable alternative that is more reasonable than the Geek Squad. ...read more

My husband and I found that Alex PC Tech gives better customer service than the Geek Squad. We have used this business for repair of our HP Pavilion laptop, and for the purchase of a new Toshiba Satellite Centrino. Gino and his wife are very knowledgeable, and quite friendly.
