I started biking 4 years ago. I've acquired bikes, racks, clothing and accessories from Bikes On Howard. Everything I purchased was good quality, reasonably priced and appropriate for my needs. I wasn't greeted as I entered the store. I had to track someone down to help me. I asked about a bike that they apparently had never heard of and they said they could look it up but proceeded not to.
