Justin was great at our time of need. My dog passed away early evening and he was able to accomadate our late request. He was very helpful and understanding. It was very hard to say goodbye to Wrangler but he made me feel like I made the right choice. I picked him up the next day and it felt good to have something to hold in my hand.
