NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A RUDE WAITRESS IN MY LIFE!! Customer service was horrible and the owner of Joe's sports bar did not care one bit when we made a complaint!!! On top of the horrible service there were six us and they charged us a 15% gratuity without it ever stating we would be charged one!!! I would not have gave that waitress a dime in my opinion! I will never go there again and I will make sure to get the word out on there horrible customer service!! I am warning you, do not waste your money on this dump of a business!!! ...read more
