My wife and I had a two bedroom, two bath condo at Excelsior Bay Gables. The fireplace in our living room added the right ambiance for the winter, the outdoor patio made for a perfect setting for outdoor dining in the summer. The view from our second story unit faced directly out to Lake Minnetonka and Big Island. The grounds were beautifully maintained as were both the swimming pool and tennis courts. The marina footage costs were priced below market value compared to other marinas on the lake. Excelsior Bay Gables offers a terrific lifestyle and a memorable location for lake front living and entertaining. The condo association is expertly managed and is run on a cost efficient basis.
