On a family trip to Duluth August 9th I ordered a custom wall hanging- paid for the shipping- and was told I'd have it in 4-6 weeks. It's Dec 7th. I've called multiple times- only reaching a person 3x and was told we have it, just haven't had time to ship it due to our recent, super-exciting move to a new location! It's been 4 months. been there a few times and overall have been happy. prices are high compared to others and don't allow return but they test stuff before they let it go out the door so you know it works and that's nice. the overnight people are great and fun to talk to. they are very laid back and willing to answer any questions you have. i went in the morning a few times and didn't like the workers much. one i remember was a woman named patsy and she seemed like she wanted me to leave. almost like she was annoyed that customers came in when she was working. if i could change anything it would be the price's. ...read more
