Received my very high end special order furniture with various imperfections and the filling of cushions was foam, not the 8 way tied springs I had ordered and PAID for. My recliner was Not the wall hugger that I had ordered and paid for nor did it fit in the space where their designer had recommended it be placed. Your radio advertisement of the Baxter store closing is the most annoying ad I have ever heard. And will your store ever close?
