If I could choose a zero rating, I would. I picked up my clean pants today, August 25, 2009. They seem clean, and that is the good news. But I dropped them off to be cleaned on July 23, 2009. Since my pants were supposed to be ready for pickup, I have had numerous phone conversations with the manager. She has been quite friendly, though not helpful. I had to visit the store three (yes 3) times before I got my pants back. On the second visit, I was assured than if they weren't there the third time, I would be free to file a claim (claim, as in they won't actually help me - their insurance company "might") with their insurance company. So I did get my pants back. There were no apologies, and no offers of any kind to help me feel better about this transaction. If you are ever tempted to use Clean N Press, just don't. Don't act on that thought. Instead, go find yourself another cleaner. Or just toss your pants out and go buy another pair - you'll still be lightyears ahead. ...read more
