If you want internet that is down 50% of the time, then Northstar Access is right for you. They have the most unreliable internet service and terrible customer service. The service fails randomly, which is annoying if in the middle of something important. I called them once when the internet was down and they said it was a short in my cord. I tried a new cord, and it wasn't that. It was the outside lines that were down. When I called to cancel, they didn't seem concerned at all that their service was down all the time.
