I've had terrible experiences at the walgreens in burnsville off of 13 and nicollet. They have made me upset multiple times. I'm tired of jumping through their hoops. My biggest complaint is that they never have all of my perscription when I arrive, even after their automated system calls and tells me it is ready to pick up. when you get there many times it is simply an issue that requires talking to a doctor, but they never understand the situation and look for the easy out and never address the issue professionally. Oh and the lady pharmacist with white hair lied to me tonight and that was the last straw. She split my pickup into half on halloweeen and told me to come back and pick the rest up on Monday. Well I got the call, went to pick it up, and that same lady told me I would have to come back in another week and gave me a lame excuse about billing that we could have resolved right then and there but she wouldn't.
