I have gone to this chiropractic clinic a few time each time hoping I will have better care and a better experience. Doing a 5-day trial with family members, the pool area has slime on the floor,....everywhere. THE HOT TUB according to long time members is always breaking, the sauna looks as if it is never cleaned or sanitized, the womens locker room is just dirty its almost like it gets cleaned maybe once a week, um ......they need to have a full time cleaning staff.Good thing you get a trial, I will continue to check it out but so far this gym is a big thumbs down! ...read more

I advise that anyone looking to join this gym read EVERY SINGLE word in your membership contract. I initally agreed to what I thought was a 6 month contract but later learned that I was actually in an 18 month contract. LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR CONTRACT.. DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF AT GOLD'S GYM!! After I was informed by several staff members that I could "buy out of my contract" and going to the gym on several occasions to sign cancellation paperwork, my check card was stil getting charged monthly membership fees. This went on for SIX MONTHS!! I asked to speak to the manager Brooke however was denied this request on several occasions by many different staff members. Finally after SIX MONTHS of this I was told that I was given incorrect information by ALL of the earlier staff members and informed that I was unable to "buy out" of my contract. To this day, despite several requests, I haven't had the oppurtunity to speak with a supervisor or manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ...read more
