I recently purchased a new bed from DEWEY FURNITURE after about 2 months I determined that it was too soft and I needed a firmer mattress. I called the store and they were so helpful they had me come in and pick out a different mattress. I was able to swap out the mattress and they did not charge me any extra fees. BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a reclining chair on october 22, 2010, it took TWO months to get here. PEG ONLY CALLED ME ONCE that was when my chair was in, I had called her nemerous times. I was always told " it's on the truck, it will be here next week" TWO MONTHS later I received it. When I had called once a week, over half the time I would get busy signals, and I called more than once a day! I love the chair but horrible serivice NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE! ...read more
