Scott Terveen was awesome to work with, he accommodated all that we asked to get our home in place and went the extra mile to help us get there. He has been very pleasant to work with and although his contractors are a bit slow at getting things done, Scott was very helpful in the process. I wish I could give ZERO stars to Fuhrman Real Estate! Worse than horrible service was provided by realtor Mary Lindgren and her broker did nothing to resolve our issues! The price of our house was decreased in the middle of negotiations, our closing date was extended time and time again due to unfinished paperwork and failure to follow-up, and Mary made promises she didn’t keep, constantly making excuses. I would not recommend Mary or Fuhrman Real Estate to anyone!! In fact, I would warn anyone buying or selling a home in Austin, MN to run, not walk, in the the other direction!! ...read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people don't have a clue when it comes to realestate. They are rude, refuse to do what is asked, take weeks to get paperwork to somone that should take hours. And they get involved in things that are not their business.
