This is the worst dealership and parts store hands down. I heard a lot of bad things about them and still decided to give them a chance so I bought a ford explorer and have had nothing but problems with it for the 5 wks Ive owned it. 1 hr after buying it the muffler hell off. I called and they said OH WELL IT WAS AS IS. Then the radiator went out. They did nothing. Next was the ignition. They still did nothing. Then I found out the brakes, tires, rotors were bad AND on top of that 5 lugs total were stripped on three tires and I was driving a very unsafe vehicle w/ 4 kids. I still have yet to get a title after 5 wks and they just went to go get it transferred 4 days ago. What a crock . They sold me junk and a lot of others junk and don?t warranty a thing. Not even offer to give a discount since they sold the bad vehicle OR the parts to fix it. Dan was a horrible person and so were the others. Worst customer service ever.Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst place to buy from ever. LAZY con artists that run the place and rip others off. Call any dealer or person in Alexandria and they will surely agree.
