While I'm satisfied with mydoctor, the staff are unresponsive and rude.
In the almost two years that I have been with this office, there were only two times I called in to speak with the nurse. The first time, I was in quite a bit of pain and needed a refill. I called late on a Friday. As I was explaining why I was calling, the nurse kept announcing how close to 5:00 pm it was - 'It's 5 minutes before 5!'...'It's 3 mintues before 5!', On another occasion, I called, with no call back. The information I had provided to the nurse was not accurately told to the doctor. Working with the doctor, we did get this fixed. The point is, the response has been terrible.
I am looking for a different doctor.
