While I'm satisfied with mydoctor, the staff are unresponsive and rude. In the almost two years that I have been with this office, there were only two times I called in to speak with the nurse. The first time, I was in quite a bit of pain and needed a refill. I called late on a Friday. As I was explaining why I was calling, the nurse kept announcing how close to 5:00 pm it was - 'It's 5 minutes before 5!'...'It's 3 mintues before 5!', On another occasion, I called, with no call back. The information I had provided to the nurse was not accurately told to the doctor. Working with the doctor, we did get this fixed. The point is, the response has been terrible. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. From the beginning we were told we would have answers and recommendations for our daughters issues. $2000 later we ended up with test results we already knew and was referred to a couple of website..No thanks. ...read more
