Reviews about Midas
RUDE and SHADY
Dont waste your time or money here. They will charge you top dollar and never fix the problem. They are RUDE and when they get your money and you have invested in them they will send you to another shop in town to fix your car because MIDAS is just plain incompetent. Raul and his staff no NOTHING about cars and there are other shops in town that will be worth it!

Where NOT to go!
I recently went into the Midas in Bend Oregon to get a headlight replaced. We sat for over an hour and a half while the owner ran personal errands on his way to get the bulb ( he informed us later ). The light still did not work upon replacing it although he charged us $ 175.00, and sent us to another repair place that he said might be able to address the problem. The new mechanic I went to said that I did not need a light bulb, but needed a module for the light which was going to cost $700 ( parts & labor ). She said, Midas should really take the working lightbulb back as it was not the issue and they could resell it to someone else. We took the bulb back and asked for a refund on the bulb. The owner Raul, was rude & offensive, would barely look my husband in the eye, and refused any kind of refund. This is all after going there for a brake job and 2 oil changes. I guess our ongoing business is no longer important to him. They are simply scammers. Take your business
