long story short, i reserved a truck to be picked up in ypsilanti and returned to a different location. when i got the truck, they said this truck had to be returned to ypsilanti. we had to be moved out that day, so we took it. i wrote an email to customer service explaining what happened, and asked for a partial refund (because i had to drive many miles back to return it) and they told me no, basically called me a liar, said there were no phone records of me reserving the truck. after all this, they offered me a coupon for my next uhaul purchase. like that is going to happen! ...read more
