I really guess it depends on who writes these things. I have lived in the park for over 5 yrs. My family enjoys living here. I guess every where you live there are problems. But as long as you follow the rules and take pride in you home and the yard. You wont have any problems. But then again, if your lazy and dont care. Then you will be remineded to keep your home and yard looking nice. Me like many others dont want to live next to a pig, that keeps there yard a mess and never cleans it. And as for some of the other posting people have put on here. In the winter time I have seen the plow guys, plow all parking areas they can. And the one about the city water is a bunch of you know what. For what it cost to have city water, why would they only do have the place and not all. We all get the water from the same place. Yeah the WHOLE park has city water. And as for the employees I have never had one be rude to me. Like I stated before, just take pride in your home and yard, keep it clean. Yeah we do have places in here that look trashy, but that because the homeowner keeps it that way. My thought is if thats the way you want to live, go someplace eles. And as for Doug, he is just doing his job. Remember we all have rules and regulations we have to follow with our jobs. Unless your a dead beat and dont care. So for the ones who have to say bad thing. I just to say, get off your lazy you know what and take pride and care of where you live. I mean if you live in an apartment you would be paying more for that, and you wouldnt own it. And you would have more rules to follow.\t\n\t\nThis is just another opinion ...read more

I have friends who live in stratford villa, 2 years ago we watched the people who work ing the office. shoot off fire works over the pond, yet no one got in trouble. The people who work and live in the park get away with violating all rules of the park. Those living near the pond can tell you how unsafe it is, garbage in it, beer cans and bottles all around it, kids can fall in. when asked how deep the pond is, no one knows the answer. you are right about the city water only 1/2 the people living there are actually on city water, the others are still on well water. \t\nEmployees working there it depends on which side of the bed they wake up on on how they react to you. and how freindly and customer service oreintated they are.\t\n\t\nDoug who loves to buy one out just to resell a trailer that needs a minumum of $1000 just to get it decently up to code. he likes the fact of fast turn arounds on the sale of the trailer so he makes a quick $200 in his pocket for fees the state does not require to be paid.\t\nThe lease contract for the park could be disputed because of clauses listed in it that does not hold up in court, yet they way they tell you, one thing and make you believe that is the fact when there is no evideince of it in the contract.\t\n\t\nAll this has been going on for over 10 years, and corporate knows and covers this all up. \t\nMay you all ought to get together open an account for lot money rental fees and let them take every one to court and one will see how they SCAM YOU AND CORPORATE OUT OF MONEY. I would volunteer but I never lived in the park, just have many relatives and friends who live or lived there. ...read more

Not safe for kids!!! The staff is so lazy, and rude, you wouldn't believe it!!! If you live here I could garantee a violation at least once a month!!! They give you violations for everything possible, anyway they can get your money they will!!!!! Strict Rules unless you work there, they are so unfair, they make you cut your grass every week, There's NO Snow alowed anywhere around your car or side walk, Rent is not reasonable!!! My rent went up $10, and I got No notice or reasoning at all!!!! People that work there also live there, and they get there driveways plowed no one else does. They make us keep up with the grass, snow, skirting, but the trailor accross the strreet looks like it's abandoned, but that's ok! Also The street lights have been out for 2 weeks now, So i guess unless they want it done they don't care what you need taken care of! During the 2 weeks of the street lights being out, we've had a drive by, and my car got silly string all over it! Do ya think we need lights????!!!!!REDICULOUS!!! Phyliss is the worst employee ever, all she does is ride around in a golf cart all day during the summer, and all winter she sits in a chair in the office all day answering the phones, and not answering or delivering any messages!!!! I would NEVER in a million years refer this place to any one! It was my biggest mistake buying a trailor here and I regret it everyday!!!!!!!! I can't wait to get out of here!!!! ...read more
