I gave them one star because its the least I could give. My question is simple. Paul had solicited me for a refi but could not match another Banks rate. Soon after that, I receiced a call from Robert who matched it and stated he could do it without income verification because of such good credit.I really do have good credit. When I received my coversheet, low and behold looking for last two yrs w-2 forms. I really dislike people who say one thing and then request something else. In my book its called a liar!
