I have dealt with almost every luxury dealership in Michigan and many in other cities and Autos Tempest Group has the best service I have ever experienced. After a really unpleasant service experience with another large dealership they picked my car up the next day (on a holiday), delivered a nice loaner, and the service manager Lucas was a delight to deal with. The sales manager, Chad Arion, and Lucas updated me constantly even though the repairs/service seemed to be done in record time. Since I specialize in a niche luxury service business (real estate) I am especially sensitive to the level of service provided by professionals in other industries and I will never purchase a car from another dealership and highly advise anyone else to consider the same. ...read more
