.... He said that he was the one that pressed my shirt and that I had no credibility with him in wanting a replacement because "he knows that the burn holes were there." We are not that childish; we make over $250k a year and were driving a brand new Cadillac CTS. I doubt we were trying to scam a few $75 shirts out of him- that was not the point. My husband’s shirts were not ruined, but very poorly pressed and even had an imprint of the equipment they use on the front of them. He was very rude and condescending, did not even offer an apology. Did not offer to replace them, only to "re-do" them- I don't understand why you would return clothing like that to a customer in the first place. He was extremely defensive and was raising his voice at us. Then he continued to say "well I don't even know who you people are- I've never even seen you before." My husband and I just moved into the Shelby Twp area & have owned a business for 30 years. The reason I tell you this is because we've been to many dry cleaners in the past- we wear dry clean clothing everyday & this is by far the worst one we have ever been to. My husband took over $130 worth of dry cleaning there- we usually spend between $100-$200 per week at a dry cleaner. When I took my shirts out of the plastic there was a burn hole in the side of one and the other had been washed and was shrunk and faded & wasn't even pressed.
