I'm normally not someone who writes reviews but I was so unsatisfied with my experience I had to share. I went to fantasnips because it is very close to my house and reviews said that they had very reasonable prices. The lady didnt even wash my hair before she cut it! she sprayed my head with a bottle and then cut it very awkwardly some pieces still wet and others still dry. She also did not do a good job whatsoever at thinning my hair. She thinned my hair very high up which made me very upset! Needless to say I was very unhappy with my hair and do not recommend going here even if you are looking for a cheap place to get your hair cut! ...read more

I bought a groupon for a facial at this salon- I called ahead to make an appointment and they explained to me about their VERY strict cancellation policy that if I were to cancel within 24 hrs of the time I would forfeit the entire groupon amount and not be able to use it period (even though it says on the groupon that the amount spent with the salon never expires even if the service does- and I had already paid $35 to the salon). So- respecting their time and policy I arrived 5 mins early to my appointment. In addition to the 5 mins I arrived early- I waited an additional 35 minutes. EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE GROUPON IN THE FIRST PLACE HAD I KNOWN OF THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY. I will absolutely never return to this salon. ...read more
