I had ordered a few chair/sofa cushions to be cut and upholstered. When I picked them up two weeks later, I was pleased with the quality and workmanship - however, was also equally unpleasantly surprised to find that customer service was unable to provide me with any information on cleaning requirements for the upholstery I had just purchased from them. They were also unwilling or unable to reference the swatch book that would have provided that information. I will do a water test on a swatch that was provided with my cushions.
