i went for a dog bite. told them my BC wouldn't cover this. insisted on seeing my BC card. i paid $120 for the visit...a shot and a band-aid. when i came out of the room the receiptionist said you're right your insurance won't cover this. so, she charged me another $35. Then i get a bill in the mail for another $41.00. (keep in mind a band-aid and a shot.) I have no choice but to pay this or else they report me to the credit bureau. Dr. Bunee is the finest diagnostician I have known. There is no guess work with him - he very quickly gets to the bottom of whatever medical concern I have brought to him. This Concentra is horrible! They started physical therapy without even knowing what my injuries were. I continued to go due to workman's comp. My last visit, I sat in the room for over 3 hours without being seen! With a back injury, that is a long wait! To make a long story short, once my employer (that is a national company), heard of my mistreatment by concentra, they not only found me a specialist for the next day, they also dropped them nationwide as their clinic! Of course after the president of the company called this concentra himself, the office manager, Anna, called me and apologized for the ""misunderstanding."" DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRULY HURT AND WANT RESULTS TO BE ABLE TO WORK AGAIN! ...read more
