5 stars for accounting & 2 stars for the front office' reception I've been doing business with your firm for over 15 yrs. I., last year, decided that I was going somewhere else to handle my personal and business taxes. My issue is the person in the front office.and sometimes ( I believe the same person) the one that I speak to on the phone.tThe lady in the office girl tends to be abrupt and cold.. I have a hard time digesting that form of interaction. This year, last week, I brought my wife down with me to drop off the forms. She observed the same cold reception from the front office. I'm sure that the office person has a lot on her plate and probably doesnt have the time for genaral conversation.
