I went to the urgent care and wrote a bad review in October of 09 since I have been back and did so because I did not have a lot of options I am very stubborn. However they did a wonderful job and were very professional. I would say either my original experience was isolated or they are much better ! The facility is very nice as well! ...read more

He is great! I highly suggest him. I have been going to him for 7 years. He makes me feel very comfortable and he doesnt rush in and out like some doctors. He talks to you and makes you feel comfortable for your visit. Very nice office staff as well. ...read more

I arrived at the window and signed in.There was no one there so when after twenty five minutes a person walked in and went straight back I became concerned that they might not even know I was there .My child started to spike a fever I removed his jacket but he kept getting hotter .The person who takes your co pay seemed very easily flustered and could not arrange for my scripts to go to the right place.then the nurse is told I am next but then I get back and there is this bit of staff discussion I hear that I wasn't next I had to ask them if they really even wanted to take care of my child because they did not act like it . my child's temp was 102 .It must be nice to have no care or accountability because that's how they behave.I WOULD NOT GO BACK. ...read more
