I am on my 3rd unit do to them mailfunctoning. I get charged every time I have to take the new one to get switcht over. They do this to get more money out of you. Today I was sent to 3 different locations because the equipment the had to service their equipment did not work. Round trip of 80 miles and 4 hours later. I just recently got my license back after using these guys for over a year. I hated the thing, but it was just something I didnt want to do. The shop guy at the madison haights store was very nice and even told me things the secretary of state didnt about my end of year. He helped me alot, even came in on a couple saturdays to calibrate the thing for me. I would recommend them to anyone...only if you need a breathalyzer, they were alot nicer than what my buddies have told me about the other companies they went with.
