I have two Hot Springs Hot Tubs and love them. I bought both my spas here and have had them for 14 years. They have performed better than my expectations, and for the couple times I have needed service Ed & Crew have provided prompt and perfect service. My neighbor bought her Spa against my recommendations at another place and has paid very high repair & part replacement costs. Her first bill would have more than made up the difference between buying "her brand" - which is a popular & well known brand - and a Hot Springs Spa - my brand. I have been a customer for over 15 years, I have two Hot Springs Spas in my Cabins at Harolds Resort. Not only do I love the Hot Tubs, I love the SERVICE that I get from Ed and his crew - it's TOP NOTCH ! I would never buy a Hot Tub from anyone else and Highly Recommend them to anyone who wants a Hot Tub and never wants to worry about it. I have had very little trouble with my Hot Tubs over the 15+ years and when I do, Ed has provided quick repair service. Compared to my neighbor who bought another brand that was a little less at the time - on her first repair bill - she could have more than made up the difference, and seems like at least once per year she has a huge repair/replacement bill for some part or problem.
