I went into NEST for the 1st time in July while in TC. I LOVE TRAVERSE CITY! It's a nice store with great products but the owner was so SO unapproachable and did not care to help or assist me. I knew she was the owner because she was bossing the staff around and complaining about their lack of assistance with people coming in HER store. She just doesn't have any social skills to maintain a storefront on Front street in Traverse City. It's a great place and this store & owner does not seem to be a fit for her in Traverse City. ...read more
