I have been plagued by virus problems over the last several months, and spent several hundred dollars at various places trying to get it fixed, but these guys take the cake. They basically accused me of looking at nefarious sites on my computer to get reinfected, and wanted to charge me multiple times to remove the virus they couldn't remove correctly the first time. I am very upset and disappointed with them. Stay away. They will just take your money and run. Well the joke is on them, I am disputing 3 of my trips to them with my credit card company. ...read more

WOW!! ERICam21 is totally incorrect!! I have had my systems service at Northland Since they open in 1995, They have always been Fast and totally Friendly...When I call to ask questions they always answer and include their names. They have given me enough free help over the years that I should run down there and hand them a check for their time, But I know the owner will not except it. My computer kept locking up. After bringing it in several times over the course of a month I finally went elsewhere. The other place had it fixed the same day (bad video card, visible leakage from some parts on the card). Of course there is no refunds for their misdiagnosis.
