Both Hohner and Joldersma-Klein in Kalamazoo are owned by Dan and Gabe Adams. They took care of my mothers cremation arrangements in a very caring and professional way. Loosing a loved one is rarely easy, the staff can make it a bit "easier" and they did. Thank you! While the negative reviews from 2005 reflected the business back then.
