Patty the front desk manager is horrible! The doctors are good as well as the back office staff, however the front office staff of which you will have to deal with the most is extremely RUDE!!!! Hanging up in your face, calling before business hours (we're talking EARLY MORNING), not even greeting you when you first arrive, not returning phone calls you name it! They dont even treat you like your a human being let alone a customer/patient. This is the reason why I discontinued going to this site. And its so unfortunate, because Dr. Yu is an excellent doctor, who needs to go to another office! ...read more
