called last week because my furnace wasn't kicking on at all! the lady who answered the phone was really sweet and scheduled my appointment right away because I had no heat. My technician, I think his name was Tony, was really professional and knew exactly what the problem was. I had heat by the time he left. this was the second time Phil's has done work for me and both times I've been really happy with the work.
