I have been to the store about 5x's in the past 2 months. First time I saw the owner. Had my label printed, he put it on the scale and all he had to do was scan it and give me a receipt. A woman he knew walked in, he told her hello and completely dismissed me to take care of her w/o saying a word. He waited for her to write down an address, and explain what she wanted. After a couple of minutes, I picked my package and walked out to turn my car off, came back in and the woman was leaving. He looked at me and said "WHAT", "WHAT", i asked him seriously. He then told me she was his best customer and he makes "millions from her" So does that mean anyone that walks in the store besides his "million dollar customers" are not worth being courteous to??? I am sure his million dollar customer would not have minded waiting the one second it would take to print my receipt. Instead of rudely WHAT WHAT, a simple apology would have been fine. This UPS store is located in a derelict shopping center, that looks abandoned. It seems as if they are going out of business, and will do anything they can to over charge for everything. The staff is friendly, and courteous, but they don’t seem to know what they are doing. For packing, shipping, and mail box service there are plenty of other places that will do a much better job, for a fraction of the cost. I would not recommend this store! ...read more
