I rented 6 movies last night and only 2 of them worked without skipping. So because of this I called and said that I was unhappy and the manager told me that all he could do is give me and in store credit. Well, why would I want an in store credit if none of your movies work?! Every time I have visited Family Video it's the same thing over and over...poor service, skipping movies, and an attitude when you call and let them know about an issue.
