My husband put our belongings in storage at Weir 3 years ago. Our payments of 120.00 a month were direct off of our greendot card. When we moved to Texas and wanted to have our stuff shipped down to us, Dave Weir said we hadn't made any payments and even though I was stunned to hear that and more than willing to pay if greendot had messed up, he refused to tell me whether our stuff was still there or not. Now our problem is not only nor knowing if he threw aery everything we owned, but also trying to get an actual human being at Greendot to talk to and send us proof of our payments. Anyone needing to store their stuff should not use weir storage if they ever want to see it again. They're a rip off that will refuse to deal with their clients in a business manner by giving you answers about your belongings. ...read more

They moved us back in 2007, and scratched all of my appliances, took longer than quoted, did not make walkways through the boxes, did not stack the boxes (they were all thrown in together however they would fit), and many of my items that we carefully packed were broken. It was once again time to move, and I called Dave which told me that he would give me a call back. Several days later I finally contacted him, and he had lost all of my information. He told me that someone would be out before 3:30pm today to provide a quote. No one called or came out.
