Ted Miller is the best!!! My fiancé and I were looking for cars, and were having a horrible time. Car salesmen always scared me. They're pushy, talk down to you and swarm like vultures whenever you walk into a car dealership. Not Ted. The first dealership we went to quoted us $450-$600 a month for a 2015 base model lease. And that was with our Z-plan! We were crushed. We thought we would have to buy a used car. We walked into Briarwood Ford and started looking. No vultures here; just a friendly laid-back atmosphere Ted helped us find a Fusion that was a few years old, that we liked and sat down to look over numbers. He gave us a MUCH more affordable number, and we said we would think about it. we left, but he continued crunching numbers and looking. The next morning I got a call that he found us a 2016 fully-loaded Fusion that we could lease instead...at pretty much the same price!!! I really don't know how he did it, but he did! He arranged for a car to pick us up from our apartment, had my fiancé driven to work when we had a problem getting insurance, and helped get us insurance. Threw in so many extras and made sure everything was perfect for us! We are now a Ford Family for life!
