Excellent food, excellent service, generous portions and moderate prices. I've been there twice, and everyone in my groups enjoyed their meals. Cavatappi with Italian Sausage was very good, and we all loved the bread. Enjoyed the Chicago style pizza for lunch, and had plenty to share later. Salads were very fresh. Ignored by two employees and an owner at hostess stand for three minutes while they chatted. Food was bland, poorly prepared and not as described on the menu. The maca cheesa was described on menu as baked until edges are crispy, but was watery, milky, and not baked. The sausage arrabiata had dry, bland sausage and the same marinara as the cheese ravioli. The ravioli were hard, over cooked and definitely store bought. The deep dish pizza was raw dough after an hour of waiting. The second hand tossed pie was better, a delicious crust, crispy and chewy, but not substantial enough for the huge amount of cheese on the pie. The tiramisu sundae was store bought lady fingers and coffee ice cream. The service was attentive, but poorly trained as she didn't know or had tried many menu items. Both waiters and managers passed our table as my party tried to navigate dessert around dirty dinner dishes. Every single time i go to this taco bell, they get my order wrong! I just ordered a grilled stuffed burrito, and instead i get a chicken supreme stuffed burrito, grilled. it cost me twice as much. I also ordered a side of nachos and cheese and they gave me a small nacho bell grande (not the first time they did this!) and this also costs me more. Now, i ordered a couple more things and i thought the price was kind of high but i didnt really think about it at the time. I was going through the drive through so you dont really have much time to calculate how much your food is going to cost you. its hard to check everything in your bag while you are at the drive through, so by the time i get home to eat, its much too late to turn around to have them fix my food!
