Dr. Raffin seems knowledgeable as a general practitioner, but good luck trying to get a prescription refilled without scheduling an office visit. This is the second time I've had an issue with this Dr. I've been hospitalized and had numerous tests in the last month -- all of which I requested be sent to her. Why do I now need to see her when I'm under the care of a specialist who is providing information directly to her? The office called me about the requested referral to tell me they wouldn't give me another one until I scheduled an office visit. I'm being milked for office visits. When I asked for a return call from the doctor to discuss where the breakdown in communication is, I never received one. This is the second time I've been ignored -- both in the office and via phone.
