Mr. Perry worked very hard on our son's defense for a federal criminal felony. Although our son pleaded guilty Russ worked long and hard on his final brief and brought up several points to the judge. His research resulted in the judge writing a decision that will set a precedent for others. Our son broke the law and will be paying his debt to society, but he is serving 5 years instead of the 22 years to which he could have been sentenced.
