Our service rep, George was fantastic. We were very pleased with his attention to detail on our service needs, his follow-up. I just want to let you know that George Brostenianc went above and beyond to correct the issue with my vehicle. My Edge was in for a high pitched noise that was constant. The first time I brought the vehicle in, they changed the blower motor and the pitch did not go away. George had to leave early that day and another service tech told me that it was normal and to come and pick up my vehicle. I explained I would be there in the morning. The following morning George called to tell me he was not satisfied with the results, and asked if I could leave my vehicle there so he could further look into the problem.
