I have been going to Autohaus for regular service on my Audi for seven years now and have rarely been disappointed in the work performed. When a mistake has occured, they have always remedied the problem. I have had oil changes, brake jobs, timing belt, suspension components (this is Michigan) and spark plug replacements done. They don't have the fancy frills, lounges and loaners the dealers have, but their work is competent and I save a lot compared to the dealers. I recently found a great deal on a Passat Station Wagon from Autohaus of Royal Oak, MI. Ever since that day I seem to have found a company that cares about their vehicle as much as I do. I have been back a few times and each time the service team checks my vehicle to be certain that it is road safe, did I mention that they greet you promptly. What more could you ask for? I want my 5 year old to travel in a sound vehicle. Knowing that the Autohaus team fully inspects with a sound conscience is reassuring. I bought a car here. Only to have it go in for repair 10 times in a year. I had codes done on repairs, then Autohaus would tell me something different was wrong, just to hide the problem. I paid 20,000 for an audi that has been nothing but trouble. Getting a loaner is like pulling teeth, and when I do get one it is a contour or something smaller. I bought a car with a warranty and they say I used the warranty up. I paid for a windshiled fluid part and it was put in missing screws. I got the car back once with the alignment way out.
